I’ve been seeing posts all over the web about this event, so I had to check it out. The idea is that people from all over the world are posting giveaways on their blogs. The original idea behind this giveaway event was to bring bloggers together from around the world who may never ordinarily meet.You can see a full list of participants here.

I’ve had a bit of fun visiting random blogs and posting comments, so I thought I’d add a little contest of my own. If you would like a chance to win one of my prizes, please post a comment here. I will close off comments sometime on February 14, so be sure to post before then. I’ll announce the winners on February 15. This part should be obvious, but when you post, you’ll have to leave some way for me to contact you, should I happen to draw your name.

Here’s the scoop on what I have to offer:

There will be two prizes. Since I’m all about prayer flags (or wish flags if you prefer) right now, the first prize will be a string of 5 assorted flags. They will not be the ones pictured as those have been out in my garden since last spring and are not quite so perky right now.

I’ll also include a copy of my Prayer Flags zine which will explain to you what they are all about. You could also find out more if you poke around my website a bit.

In celebration of my website name, the second prize will be a copy of my little Serendipi-TEA zine. It is full colour and made from a single sheet of paper. It comes with a little baggie of artsy scraps. The zine explains what to do with them.
